Shipping Policy
- Dispatch Time: All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after order confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer's location (Pincode).
- Heavy Machinery: For heavy machines and bulk B2B orders, delivery will be done via surface transport. Transport charges may be calculated based on negotiation or actual freight base.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID or Transport Bilty (LR Copy) will be shared with the buyer.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are initiated only if the requested product is completely out of stock or if the vendor is unable to fulfill the order.
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
- Damaged Goods: If a product is severely damaged in transit, a partial or full refund may be issued after verification of the unboxing video.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the product is shipped or the bilty is generated, cancellation is not permitted.
- Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY if the customer receives a defective machine, a wrong model, or incorrect spare parts.
- Time Limit: Any issue with the delivered product must be reported to the vendor within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Rule: A clear, un-cut Unboxing Video is strictly mandatory to claim any return, exchange, or missing item dispute. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be entertained. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
