📦 डिलीवरी और डिस्पैच (Shipping & Delivery Rules)
- ToolBag.in एक B2B मल्टी-वेंडर प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है। यहाँ से खरीदा गया कोई भी माल सीधे वेंडर (सेलर) की दुकान या गोदाम से पैक होकर कस्टमर तक भेजा जाता है।
- ऑर्डर का पेमेंट कन्फर्म होने के बाद, वेंडर द्वारा माल को 24 से 48 घंटों (वर्किंग डेज़) के अंदर कूरियर या ट्रांसपोर्ट के माध्यम से डिस्पैच (Dispatch) कर दिया जाएगा।
- माल को कस्टमर के पते तक पहुँचने में लोकेशन के हिसाब से 3 से 7 दिन का समय लग सकता है।
🚚 भाड़ा और ट्रांसपोर्ट चार्ज (Freight & Transport Charges)
- भारी मशीनों और स्पेयर पार्ट्स का वज़न ज़्यादा होने के कारण, डिलीवरी या ट्रांसपोर्ट का सारा खर्च (Freight Charges) कस्टमर को खुद उठाना होगा, जब तक कि वेंडर ने चैट पर ‘फ्री डिलीवरी’ का वादा न किया हो।
- डिलीवरी के लिए कौन सा कूरियर या ट्रांसपोर्ट (जैसे TCI, VRL, या लोकल बस) इस्तेमाल होगा, यह कस्टमर और वेंडर ‘चैट’ पर आपसी सहमति से तय कर सकते हैं।
- माल ट्रांसपोर्ट में बुक होने के बाद, वेंडर द्वारा कस्टमर को बिल्टी (Bilty/Tracking Slip) की फोटो भेज दी जाएगी।
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- ToolBag.in operates as a B2B multi-vendor marketplace. All orders are packed and dispatched directly from the respective Vendor’s (Seller’s) warehouse or shop.
- Upon successful payment confirmation, the Vendor will dispatch the goods via courier or transport within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the buyer’s location.
- Freight & Transport Charges: Due to the heavy nature of power tools and spare parts, all shipping, courier, or transport charges (freight) must be borne by the Buyer, unless explicitly stated as ‘Free Delivery’ by the Vendor during the chat.
- The choice of transport or courier service can be mutually decided between the Buyer and the Vendor via our Tidio chat system. Once dispatched, the Vendor will share the tracking slip (Bilty) with the Buyer.
